Analytics is a key growth area for Kantar in North America, and a
critical backbone for many of our solutions of the future. While we
have a history of building a strong, profitable analytics business,
we are now making significant investments to build a more scalable
business model to tap into the rapidly growing analytics market in
North America. The goals are two-fold:
- Develop and market scalable Analytic solutions to support all of
Kantar in North America
- Democratize capabilities - new work stream to scale innovation
through solution development and marketing
We seek growth-minded superstars to work with teams across the
Kantar to support an analytics solution strategy within Marketing.
Kantar has access to all the knowledge, data assets and talent to
make this a reality. But to truly differentiate and maximize the
impact of our offer to the marketplace, we need to better leverage
our analytic capabilities to uncover differentiating insights for
our clients and drive commercial success.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a marketing science
and/or advanced analytics role preferably in the market research
industry
- Media agency experience is a plus
Desired Skills and Abilities
- Application of sophisticated data science techniques to address a
variety of marketing problems
- Proficiency using software such as R, Python, SAS, or SPSS to
analyze survey and industry data.
- Experience building statistical models across varied
industries
- Experience with media data (TV, digital, print, etc.) and
evaluation of its impact
- Experience connecting varied data sources
- Experience interpreting results of quantitative analyses and
creating recommendations that link modelling results to business
issues
- Interacting with clients and project teams located in other
geographies over the entire course of the engagement.
- Experience with database management, dashboard development,
simulator development and data visualization tools a plus
Education
- Graduate degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analysis,
or a related discipline
