FMIC is a regional farm, homeowner and manufactured home insurance company with above average assets and surplus. FMIC has in excess of two hundred independent insurance agents who sell our products in thirty counties including the eight largest cities in the state. FMIC has approximately 2,500 policy holders and approximately 2.7 million dollars in yearly premium. Family offers competitive salary and benefits with a starting salary range of $65,000 to $100,000 based on experience. She/He will manage employees, supervise work, and ensure company goals and regulatory practices are met.The Manager reports Directly to the Board of Directors.Manager Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate at the direction of the Board of Directors
• Supervise employees and provide insight to improve efficiency
• Evaluate employees
• Weighing company performance against competition, monthly, quarterly, and yearly objectives
• Keep abreast and implement procedures to improve processes
• Monitor company resources
• Maintain good relationship with insureds, agents, employees and State Ins. Dept.
• Represent the company at regulatory, industry and networking events
• Analyzing data to compare to goals
• Monitor budgeted financial performance benchmarks
• Estimate and establish cost parameters, budgets, marketing and potential ROI.
• Review and present financial reports for review by Directors
• Interpret statutes and contract language
• Audit claims
• Support marketing, sales PR operations
• Maintain confidentiality of all company business in accordance with policy, state and federal statutes
• Arrange schedules with vendors, employees and Directors
• Analyzing marketing and industry trends
• Oversee procedures and processes for efficiency
• Coordinating with Board members, department heads, regulators and potential partners to comply and align goals, make improvements and strategize
• Motivate Employees
• Adhere to all regulatory statutes, rules and regulations, local, state and federal.
