in Grand Forks, ND in search of a skilled Building Envelope
Insulation Technician . This full-time, year-round position is
perfect for someone with experience in waterproofing, air barriers,
or coatings who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants to
grow their career with a company that values expertise and safety.
Key Responsibilities: Apply waterproofing systems, air barriers,
sealants, and spray foam to structures including basements, roofs,
foundations, and balconies Prepare surfaces by cleaning, priming,
sanding, and repairing as needed Use tools such as sprayers,
rollers, trowels, and caulking guns for material application
Identify leaks or water damage and complete necessary repairs Work
closely with team members and supervisors to ensure quality results
and safe jobsite practices Maintain accurate records of work
performed and materials used Provide professional, courteous
customer service on-site What You Bring: 1 year of experience with
waterproofing, coatings, or air barrier systems (required) High
school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver's license and a clean
driving record Willingness to obtain a DOT medical card Strong work
ethic, dependability, and attention to detail Ability to lift 50
lbs, use ladders, and perform physically demanding work in various
conditions Location: On-site in Grand Forks, ND Travel up to 50%
may be required Schedule: Monday to Friday Day shifts (8, 10, or 12
