Job Description Job Description FIELD SERVICE TEAM The Field Service Team position with K&T Irrigation carries a wide variety of opportunities and responsibilities in the irrigation industry. This position contributes to the success of K&T Irrigation’s day-to-day operations and field service technicians. This position is also dedicated to safety, quality and efficiency. Some Candidate Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To: Installation and repair of underground water pipeline Loading and unloading irrigation system structure and components Assembly, disassembly and damage repair of new and used irrigation systems Assist with routine maintenance of company assets such as vehicles, equipment and buildings Installation and repair of grain facilities Candidates must be eager to learn, and actively seek to master the projects they are assigned to. Education & Work Experience: Operating heavy equipment is rewarded Ability to follow instructions, meet expectations, and work long hours outside Working in a team environment Willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities Irrigation and grain bin site experience is not necessary Requirements: Must be 18 years of age Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license Must be able to lift 75 lbs. Must be able to perform direct physical effort Must be able to work overtime during peak season Must be willing to work outdoors in all types of weather Must be willing to overnight if traveling out of town Compensation: Flexible Small Company Atmosphere Paid Holidays Competitive Wage: $20-$35 Per Hour Depending On Experience 401K With 4% Contribution Match Health Insurance Travel Per Diem On The Job Training With Advancement Opportunities hc165351
