Whether working in the field or a customer shop, you’ll deliver high-level service and act as a trusted advisor for your region. Key Responsibilities: Perform on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on agricultural equipment Work independently to manage service calls and in-shop tasks based on business needs Communicate with customers about repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment performance Support machine setup, seasonal adjustments, and service program sales Accurately document work orders, time, and materials used Maintain knowledge of equipment and competitive products What You Bring: 3 years of experience in diesel or agricultural equipment service Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently Experience in customer-facing service roles Willingness to travel within the region Additional ideal backgrounds may include field mechanics from the oil & gas industry, heavy equipment technicians, military vehicle mechanics, or fleet service techs looking to transition into agriculture and gain work-life balance.
