Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in North
Adams, MA to provide essential services within a school setting.
This contract role focuses on supporting students from
pre-kindergarten through 5th grade at an elementary school. Key
Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and
communication disorders in students. Develop and implement
individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to
support student progress. Maintain accurate and timely
documentation in compliance with school policies and CCC standards.
Provide consultation and support to classroom staff to enhance
communication strategies. Qualifications: Certification as a
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with valid CCC (Certificate of
Clinical Competence). Previous experience working as an SLP in a
school environment. Strong understanding of child development and
language acquisition. Ability to manage a caseload primarily
consisting of students in pre-K through 5th grade. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Location: North Adams, MA
