Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A public school in North
Adams, MA, is seeking a qualified Behavior Specialist with
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentials to support
students in an elementary school setting. This contract position
runs for the current school year and offers an opportunity to work
with young learners who have moderate to severe behavioral needs.
Responsibilities: Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA)
interventions for students in kindergarten through 3rd grade
Provide direct one-on-one and small group support based on
individualized behavior plans Collaborate with educators,
therapists, and families to promote positive student outcomes
Collect and analyze data to track student progress and adjust
strategies accordingly Participate in virtual or on-site
supervision and professional development sessions as needed Desired
Qualifications: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
required Experience supporting students with moderate to severe
behavioral needs in an elementary school environment Ability to
work independently while following supervision guidelines,
including virtual supervision options Strong communication and
teamwork skills Familiarity with behavior intervention planning and
data collection tools Location: North Adams, MA (Elementary School
setting) This full-time contract role offers the chance to make a
