Job Description:

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a leader in protective services, seeks a dedicated Customer Service Attendant to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients by being the first point of contact in emergency and non-emergency situations. Our attendants play a vital role in our security operations, ensuring the safety of property and personnel while delivering exceptional customer service. Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to ensure safety of the premises. Provide information and assistance to staff and visitors to enhance their security awareness. Maintain records of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. Call police, fire, or other emergency services in cases of emergency. Enforce property rules and regulations as required. Perform first-contact services and crisis management when necessary. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism Basic knowledge of security operations and procedure Proficient in the use of security technology such as CCTV systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CPR and First Aid certification desirable Any state-required security officer licenses
