This role is critical in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will handle security challenges and client interactions with professionalism. Responsibilities include patrolling, monitoring surveillance equipment, and assisting visitors with a courteous demeanor. Perform regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety. Monitor CCTV and other surveillance equipment to prevent and respond to incidents. Provide frontline customer service to visitors and clients at the site. Report safety concerns and incidents accurately and promptly. Manage access control to buildings and secure areas. Assist in emergency response and coordination when needed. Strong observational skills Effective communication Proficiency in using security monitoring systems Ability to handle stressful situations Customer service orientation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401k State-required security officer license CPR and First Aid certification preferred
