Job Description:

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Building Attendant in the Customer Service division to enforce safety and provide top-notch customer service at our client properties. This role ensures a secure environment through vigilant monitoring, patrol, and prompt addressing of any incidents or concerns. Ideal candidates will possess a strong sense of awareness, customer service skills, and the ability to respond effectively in varied situations. Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to ensure the safety of the premises. Conduct regular patrols and inspections around the facility. Provide a visible security presence to deter criminal activity. Respond to emergencies and incidents within the premises promptly and effectively. Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary. Offer assistance and information to visitors and staff in a courteous manner. Maintain logs and records of daily activities and irregularities. Strong observational skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently Proficient in using security monitoring systems Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401k Security Guard certification preferred First Aid and CPR certifications are advantageous
