This role involves direct communication with clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring all security protocols are conveyed and understood effectively. The chosen candidate will act as the face of Securitas at assigned locations, providing outstanding customer service while adhering to our stringent safety standards. Greet and assist visitors and clients with high professionalism at client sites Answer questions related to security procedures and report any concerns to the management team Coordinate with the security team to facilitate efficient incident response Manage access control systems and visitor logs Provide detailed information regarding site-specific security protocols Assist in security audits and prepare incident reports as needed Proficient in Microsoft Office and databases Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion Experience with security systems and technology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401k First Aid and CPR certified Any additional certification in security training is a plus
