Job Description Job Description Join Our Team as an Concrete Laborer! We are looking for Concrete Laborers to join our team, where they will be responsible for setting up forms, installing reinforcements, and pouring/finishing concrete with construction machines or hand-mixing tools. A Concrete Laborer’s responsibilities include focusing on pouring concrete, but they might also be tasked with other concrete/labor related duties. Ultimately, you will work with other construction experts on various job sites to pour concrete and construct various types of concrete structures as needed and do so with attention to detail in a timely manner. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, adhere to EPA, OSHA, and local requirements regarding safety and handling hazardous materials. To do well in this role you should be physically fit, punctual, reliable, and be a hard worker in various weather conditions.
