The Basics: This is an in-office position located at the Acme Tools corporate office in Grand Forks, ND. Working in Grand Forks is required at this time. Typical hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

What You'll Take Ownership Of:

As an SEO Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our organic traffic and website's search engine rankings. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and increase visibility for our website, as well as coordinating SEO efforts across different teams.

Train and educate the company on the importance of SEO and how it can impact overall business goals.
Manage and oversee the efforts of an SEO consultant company to ensure goals and strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
Manage SEO for all channels, including Google, Bing, and Yahoo, with a focus on balancing search engine crawlability and user experience.
Conduct keyword research, meta tag optimization, and content optimization to improve website ranking and visibility.
Develop and execute link building strategies and monitor backlink profile.
Optimize website structure and navigation to improve search engine crawlability.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly.
Work closely with the content team to ensure that all website content is optimized for search engines.
Establish detailed KPIs and metrics to track and report on the performance of SEO goals, processes, and programs, and transform data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure website design, development, and marketing efforts align with SEO goals.
Providing development opportunities, day-to-day management, hiring, training, timely performance management and reviews of the eCommerce, Email and SMS team

Need-To-Haves:

A Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent experience
At least 2+ years of related prior professional SEO and Digital Marketing experience
Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and presentation skills with the ability to write reports and business correspondence
Knowledge of calculating figures and amounts such as profit margins, discounts, percentages, and inventory levels
Experience reading and understanding contracts to ensure company profitability
Strong technology skills with an advanced understanding of posting and updating on 3rd party platforms
Ability to work autonomously and part of a team environment, and to keep a high degree of confidentiality of all department and company information

Love-To-Haves:

Project management experience
5+ years of prior SEO and Digital Marketing experience
Point of sale system experience working in a retail environment
