Accounting SpecialistTemp/Temp-to-HireGrand Forks, ND$18-31/hr DOEKelly is seeking an Accounting Specialist to work with our client, an industry leader coming up on 20 years of success, on temporary basis with potential of getting hired on! Accounting professionals from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply - from the Associate level to Certified Public Accountants (this is a publicly traded company). The hiring team has some flexibility to tailor this position to fit the individual skill level.The Accounting Specialist will:

• Create and send purchase orders to vendors
• Enter and pay bills
• Print and mail checks
• Handle W-9s and Certificates of Insurance
• Reconcile credit card transactions
• Prepare and mail invoices
• Assist with financial reporting
• Process biweekly payroll and handle related tasks including quarterlies, sales tax, and W-2
• Answer incoming calls and inquiries as neededQualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years AP/AR or bookkeeping experience
  • QuickBooks experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior organization skills with keen attention to detailThis is an urgent need!
