Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Kelly - Professional & Industrial is seeking a Sales Representative
to work with our client a leading independent distributor of
interior finish building materials in Fargo, ND. As a Sales
Representative, you will have the opportunity to join a team that
partners with clients to solve challenges, provide solutions, and
create long-term relationships.
Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 base salary, plus strong commission
structure
What's a typical day as a Sales Representative? You'll be:
--- Servicing, developing, and expanding trusted relationships with
current client accounts.
--- Acting as a valued client partner by providing product
knowledge expertise and solutions.
--- Delivering outstanding client service through regular and
proactive touchpoints.
--- Competitively quoting and tracking job projects to generate new
sales.
--- Communicating effectively with clients and vendors.
--- Understanding the market and responding to market
intelligence.
--- Presenting and promoting products to clients.
--- Prospecting and building relationships through a warm client
account list.
--- Traveling to other areas of the state of North Dakota to
regularly visit clients.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
--- Have an associate degree or higher, or equivalent sales
experience.
--- Have a minimum of three years of sales experience.
--- Have experience selling products versus services.
--- Have a competitive desire to succeed.
--- Have an aptitude to learn the product portfolio.
--- Are a person of integrity with a stellar record of maintaining
and growing client relationships.
--- Are self-directed with collaborative sales skills, initiative,
and flexibility.
--- Are motivated and proactive with the ability to function well
in a fast-paced environment.
--- Have excellent organizational, time management, and attention
to detail skills, with the ability to prioritize.
--- Have strong communication and presentation skills, both written
and verbal, and interpersonal skills.
--- Have a robust working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
